STUDIO VISIT DAY EVALUATION


Today I visited two studios; Textbook, and Modern Designers.
I gained a lot of confidence as well as advice and contacts for the future.
They seemed to contrast one another which was good because it helped me gain a different perspective.

Textbook were very informal and relaxed (probably because they were young and ex students)
and you could tell they have tons of fun within their work.

Modern were more established and a tad more formal (not that its a bad thing) . The contrast also shows in the feedback. The feedback from Textbook was all positive, Modern were more critical (constructive) but were willing to let me come in for a placement for experience and to open myself to other briefs.
