My website and twitter account. My twitter is both for professional and personal use. For the personal posts, I'm not unprofessional it just shows my interests in both design and life outside design.
Most of my followers are designers so I aim to keep up a professional/friendly manner.
There has been cases of employers being put off when seeing a future employees twitter due to
tweets. An example being a past graduate posting everything that happens in her private life (mostly bad things) on twitter. I can't imagine any company would want to see that.
Most of my followers are designers and like minded people.
Whenever I visit a studio or a studio comes to LCA I mention them in a tweet as a thank you.
This usually leads to them tweeting me back and ultimately gaining more design followers.
