How to - self evaluation

What role(s) did you take on in the group?
As well as designing a bag for the collection I designed some products to go in the bag.

How well do you think you performed in the role(s)?
Really well, I made sure I had my input on everything and kept to the agreed design plan.

How well do you think you worked in the group?
Really well. Admittedly there were a few disagreements but that comes with working in a group, as we all had different ideas and different ways we would solve this problem we had. This added stress and sometimes affected the quality of work. Despite this, we all made sure we agreed on something and went through with it.

What were the positives of working in a group?
We all got to bounce of one another and it was fun putting our own little thought into it. Because there was four pairs of hands so the work was produced fast.

What are the negatives of working in a group?
Because we all came from different institutions and had a different way of doing things it was quite frustrating when trying to pitch an idea to someone who thinks differently, but with some agreements we all resolved this problem quickly.

What will you do differently next time
Deffiantly develop a better way of communicating with one another. Sometimes it was hard to get in contact with some of the people in the group, due to other commitments. If we had more communication I think the final product would've been done faster and possibly the quality would be effected too.

Where could you have improved your resolution.
If we had planned and managed our time better, I feel like we would've had more products in the bag therefore having more choices for the person missing home which would've solved the problem a bit better.

What were the strengths in your presentation?
We delivered our product with confidence and kept it concise. The strongest part of the presentation was when we each presented our own bags. Our passion really shone through.
